When Kathi began working at the school in 2001 as a part-time driver, she quickly fell in love with the school and its mission to provide specialized quality education for blind and visually impaired individuals in the field of piano technology. In 2005, Kathi accepted the position of Office Administrator which allowed her to enhance and expand her administrative skills. While she enjoyed working in the office, Kathi missed the one-on-one interaction and connection with our customers and technicians the customer service/driver position provided, and so, two years later she returned to the field. Her love of the school, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills, coupled with her natural openness and friendliness make her a perfect fit for the customer service/driver position. Kathi’s hobbies include reading, tole painting, and caring for the light of her life – her husband.
